Return Policy

Due to built-to-order nature, Sudfire cannot accept returns after delivery.

EXCEPTION - DEFECTS:

- Manufacturing defects covered under warranty

- Damaged in shipping: Report within 48 hours of delivery

- We'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion

NOT COVERED:

- Change of mind

- Buyer's remorse

- Finish preference (must choose before production)

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

Inspect Sudfire immediately upon delivery.

IF DAMAGED:

1. Photograph damage (packaging and product)

2. Email photos to info@sudfire.com within 48 hours

3. Do not discard packaging

4. We'll arrange repair or replacement
